Overdraft Checking
An unsecured line of credit that is made part of the depositor’s Business Checking Account, and which is used for overdraft protection. Overdraft lines are available in amounts of $500 to $5,000. Anytime the checking account is overdrawn the line will advance funds in $100 increments to cover the overdraft.

Overdraft lines of credit are available in amounts of $500
to $5000. Credit lines are subject to the borrower’s individual
credit. Advances are made to the borrower’s checking account
in $100 increments. Minimum monthly payments (when the
line is in use) are 1/12th of balance or $25, whichever
is greater. Available overdraft line is included in checking
account balance for STAR® ATM transactions. Interest rate
is fixed and appears on the current rate sheet.
Rates:
Rates and fees are found on the current lending rate sheet or by calling extensions 232 or 233.
Interest is computed at a variable simple interest rate based on the daily outstanding balance.
There is no application fee or annual fee.
Interest is fixed.
