March for Babies Walk

Robert Monteith, President and Chief Executive Officer of NVE Bank, is pleased to announce that NVE Bank employees participated in the March of Dimes, March for Babies walk on April 27th at Darlington Park in Mahwah, NJ.

The NVE team consisted of more than 20 employees and their family members and the bank raised over $7,000 to help support the efforts of the March of Dimes organization. "We were very proud to be a part of the walk and to be able to give back to the communities we serve," noted Mr. Monteith.

Girl Scouts Visit NVE Bank

Englewood, NJ, March 31, 2008
NVE Bank's Cresskill office, located at 189 County Road, recently received a visit from the local Girl Scout/Brownie Troop #611.  The troop of 18 girls was invited to the Bank so they could earn their Penny Savers Badge. 

The scouts learned about past Presidents on different dollar denominations and explored the money vault with bank employees.  "I gave them a tour of the bank and talked about how they can save money and how the bank helps the community," noted John Louglas, Manager of their Cresskill Office.

All of the girls attend Edward H. Bryan School in Cresskill, NJ.


NVE Bank Participates in Eva's Village Collection
for the Homeless

Englewood, NJ, March 17, 2008
Robert Monteith, President & Chief Executive Officer of NVE Bank, has announced that NVE Bank employees participated in Eva's Village collection for the homeless by donating 16 sets of twin sheets, 12 pillows, 25 bath towels, 11 hand towels and 39 wash cloths.  To that $475.00 was collected by the bank staff in monetary contributions.

Eva's Village is preparing over 35 bedrooms for homeless mothers with children in their new Hope Residence of St. Frances, opening this spring of 2008.  "Our staff appreciates the opportunity to give back to the community, supporting our Bank mission to help people achieve their dreams faster and easier," noted Mr. Monteith.
